Over the past few years especially everyone's lives have been part of a much bigger storm raging on. This has impacted all of us and those around us. This counseling center, that specializes in Virtual Counseling for the State of New Hampshire, seeks to allow you to visit the eye of the storm. The eye of the storm, which is known to be much calmer, so that you are able to figure a few things out, learn some new things, and have an easier time managing your life. That is what counseling is. You are able to step away from your life for a little bit of time so that you can get a different perspective, manage ongoing crisis, and determine what direction you feel you need to go in along with the support to make it happen.

Psychotherapy:
Traditional counseling utilizing evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize the approach of taking into account mind, body and spirit into treatment. All three of these need to be looked at to have a healthy lifestyle. In a session we may look at just one of these holistic spheres or look at multiple of them. When it comes to modalities we both will discuss what would work best in the given situation as one way of treating someone may or may not work for another person.

I am open to all spiritual paths and utilize my knowledge for when a client is having a spiritual crisis.
Modalities used for this depends on your own belief system. I do utilize Reiki when asked by a client as I am a also a Reiki Master. Please refer to prayer requests if you are looking for some extra prayers in your situation.
